As a creator on Binny, you must comply with FTC endorsement guidelines. This page explains your disclosure obligations when creating content for bartered products.

Always Disclose Barter Relationships
The FTC requires that any material connection between you and a brand must be clearly disclosed. Receiving free products in exchange for content is a material connection.
Required by FTCUse Clear Disclosure Language
Use terms like #ad, #sponsored, #gifted, or 'Brand provided this product for free in exchange for my honest review.' Vague terms like #collab or #ambassador are NOT sufficient.
Required by FTCPlace Disclosures Prominently
Disclosures must be hard to miss. Place them at the beginning of captions, in the video itself (spoken or on-screen text), and before any 'read more' fold. Don't bury them in hashtag clusters.
Required by FTCBe Honest in Your Reviews
Share your genuine opinion about the product. You are not required to give positive reviews for bartered products. Misleading endorsements violate FTC guidelines.

If you repurpose content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms, the disclosure must appear on each platform separately. Platform-specific disclosure tools (like Instagram's 'Paid Partnership' tag) are encouraged but not sufficient alone.
